Introduction
This Vertical atmosphere crucible furnace is specially designed for liquid or slurry samples, it is vertical design with big stainless steel tank inside the ceramic chamber, next a sample crucible inside the tank, user can take the sample crucible out easily. There is an agitator which can make the samples get uniform heating.
Design features
1. Vertical big capacity stainless steel crucible with agitator for uniform heating and quicker reaction.
2. SS cooling flange with good gas tightness, user can also pass inert gas like Argon.
3. Carbon steel outside shell & ceramic fiber lining chamber & double-layer structure with cooling fan.
4. 30 steps of programmable temperature, PID automatic temperature controller.
5. Digital display for monitoring temperature and set temperature.
6. Combined aural and visual alarm for accident of over temperature & thermocouple broken, and the power supply of the heating part will cut off automatically.
